Enterprise trust and procurement visibility

Updated: March 27, 2026

This page gives buyers, partners, and legal reviewers one place to understand the security, privacy, ownership, release, and access-control posture behind Chord Draft.

Ownership and founder control

Chord Draft was created by Thomas Divine Smith II and is operated by CAD Guardian LLC. Founder-owned access, release, and IP controls are intentionally visible in the operating model so company-critical controls do not depend on any one operations intermediary.

Access and entitlement controls

The app supports server-enforced access policy by surface, including generation, Studio, and sharing. Founder allowlists remain explicit, auditable exceptions rather than hidden bypasses.

Security

Environment-managed secrets, admin access controls, operator audit visibility, and server-enforced policy gates are part of the current baseline.

Privacy

Privacy handling covers prompts, telemetry, retention, operator access, and creator-access enforcement. Public terms and privacy language are intentionally aligned with the runtime control model.

Release trust

Desktop and mobile quality are treated as separate proof lanes. Release confidence depends on browser-backed checks, not opinion-only signoff.

What buyers can ask for

Procurement and trust review

Buyers can request current legal, privacy, access-policy, founder-ownership, and operational readiness answers.

Pilot and licensing discussion

Team plans, pilot usage, licensing, and partner-safe packaging should be handled directly and explicitly, not inferred from consumer-facing product copy.

Trust and procurement artifacts

These public artifacts give procurement, security, and legal reviewers a stable starting set before deeper review.
