This page explains what info we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
We may collect contact details, account profile data, app usage data, device/browser data, telemetry, and the text you enter for generation, continuation, chord revision, and chat.
We use this info to run the app, improve quality, enforce access policies, investigate misuse, keep things safe, and send support or product updates.
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data with service providers that help run the product, and when required by law or to protect legal rights, ownership, intellectual property, account integrity, or platform security.
We retain information only as long as needed for product operation, legal compliance, dispute resolution, IP enforcement, and enforcement of agreements. Operational telemetry, audit logs, and creator-access policy changes may be retained longer than surface-level content because they support reliability and misuse investigation.
In practice, buyer-facing trust review should assume we separate short-lived product content from longer-lived operational evidence such as audit logs, access-policy changes, and release diagnostics.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access control, operator audit trails, environment-managed secrets, and governance switches for sensitive surfaces. No system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
Chord Draft may store generation requests, responses, and telemetry needed to operate the product, enforce access controls, debug failures, and support creator workflows. Raw prompt analytics are governed by account consent settings where offered. Sensitive internal prompts, weights, and evaluation assets are not exposed publicly.
Operator access is expected to be role-limited and reviewable. Founder-controlled governance switches, admin actions, and release-affecting controls are intended to be auditable rather than informal.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of personal information. Contact us to submit a request.
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
