1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Chord Draft, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Service Description

Chord Draft helps you turn feelings or lyric ideas into piano chord plans with AI help. We may update or remove features at any time.

3. Permitted Use

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the service only in the ways that the product, account tier, and access policy currently allow. You must not abuse, reverse engineer, disrupt, scrape at scale, benchmark for a competing service, automate unpaid access around plan controls, or attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, prompts, or admin tools.

4. Intellectual Property and Commercial Use

Chord Draft was created by Thomas Divine Smith II and is owned by or licensed to CAD Guardian LLC. No rights are granted except as explicitly stated in these Terms. By using the service, you do not receive any right to copy, train on, reverse engineer, extract, resell, white-label, or create a competing product from our non-public methods, prompts, weights, thresholds, trade secrets, internal evaluation assets, or internal documentation. Any commercial use, republication, or derivative product based on service materials requires prior written consent from CAD Guardian LLC.

5. Paid Access, Anti-Circumvention, and Enforcement

If pricing, entitlement, or founder-allowlist controls are active, you may not bypass them through token sharing, automation, alternate accounts, scraping, proxying, or any other circumvention method. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited. We reserve all legal and equitable remedies, including injunctive relief, damages, access termination, and recovery of enforcement costs, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This includes confidential methods, trade secrets, and non-public technical materials.

Procurement, pilot, licensing, or enterprise evaluation conversations do not waive these restrictions. Any broader technical review, partner access, or expanded use right must be explicitly granted in writing.

6. AI and Generated Output

AI output can be wrong. Please review results before use. The service supports music creativity and wellbeing, but it is not medical, legal, or professional advice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CAD Guardian LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
